Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight management. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy and balanced, you will not receive the full benefit of achieving a healthy weight, and vice versa. I will educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
I am specialized in helping people overcome eating disorders such as food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and others. My goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and develop a positive body image. If you struggle with an eating disorder, I know you can recover and live a healthy, happy, full life.
Whether you have been diagnosed with kidney disease, diabetes, cancer or other medical concerns, nutrition plays a major role in healing and prevention. It is not a one size fits all, so working with a Registered Dietitian who will assess your health history and lifestyle will give you your best opportunity to thrive.
